Good morning, just a little reminder that as of the 1st January our price for each additional dog increased, so that we now charge £25 for 2 dogs per walk instead of £21.
Additionally we’ve found during 2025 that ‘last minute’ cancellation of visits and walks has unfortunately become a problem. We completely understand that things pop up unexpectedly and therefore we’ve tried to be as fair as we can, but effective immediately, we will be asking that: cancellations giving 24hrs or less notice = full charge 48hrs notice = 50% Anything over 48 hours notice = no charge
This way, we have a chance to re-organise the schedule for the day and hopefully take on work to make up for the lost income and this matches what other dog walkers in the area are already doing. We are happy to waive this for emergencies, for example, your pet has become suddenly ill and needs to be taken to the vet or you yourself are ill.
We always try our best to accommodate changing days and times, and I hope you can understand why we need to do this.
