We try to keep our prices as transparent as possible. We have increased our additional dog from the same household charge starting January 2026, bringing it in line with other dog walkers in the area. Unfortunately our costs are creeping up (insurance, vehicle costs, etc) so unfortunately we needed to make a price increase to cover this.

For customers within 10 mile-ish radius of us, we charge £15 per hour and £12.50 for pop in visits (usually lasting about 20 mins), but a little extra for customers further away - see below.

Our normal weekday rates (8am - 6pm Mon-Fri) are:

1 hour dog walk£15 per hour
1 hour dog walk for an additional dog from the same household £10 per hour
1 hour daytime pet sitting £15 per hour
Pop in visits (see below for our evening and weekend rates)
To check and feed your cat/small animal. A visit lasting about 20 mins.
£12.50 per visit

For customers further away, we charge a little extra due to the extra time needed to get to and from you (and the fuel). Usually this is £6 extra per visit, but please contact us for a quote.

Evening and weekend rates

We try to keep most of our work to Monday to Friday, but of course if a customer is going away, animals still need looking after, so we work weekends and evenings too, but we do charge a little extra. Weekend and evening dog walks are £20 per hour for the first dog (additional dogs from the same household remaining at £10 per dog). Pop-ins are £15 per visit and pet sits are £20 her hour.

Cancellations

We completely understand that things pop up unexpectedly and therefore we’ve tried to be as fair as we can but the following applies for cancellations:

  • giving 24hrs or less notice = full charge of walk/visit
  • 48hrs notice = 50% charge of walk/visit
  • Anything over 48 hours notice = no charge

This way, we have a chance to re-organise the schedule for the day and hopefully take on work to make up for the lost income. This matches other dog walkers in the area are also doing. We are happy to waive this for emergencies, for example, your pet has become suddenly ill and needs to be taken to the vet or you yourself are ill.

Holidays

We’re trying to adjust our work life balance a little, otherwise we find ourselves working all the time, so we are reserving a weekend off per month from March to October (hoping for nice-ish weather) and a week off during June/July time. Please contact us for exact dates.

Services we are no longer able to offer

Certain services we are unfortunately no longer able to offer - our schedule is full of dog walking and pop-ins meaning something had to go! Therefore, we are no longer able to offer equestrian related services and overnight pet sits.

If helpful, we have links with other similar businesses in the area, so if we’re unable to help, we might be able to point you in the direction of someone who could help, do get in touch .
